Q: Can I cancel a reservation and recieve a refund?

A: No refunds or cancellations.

Q: Do We have a rain Policy.

A: Yes, you can reschedule for a later time in the event that it is raining. No Refunds 

Q: How long in advance do I have to make a reservation?

A: Reservations can be made at any time as long as the unit is available

Q: Do I need to have a valid Drivers License to drive.

A: Yes you must have a valid Drivers License to drive.

Q: How old do I need to be to operate the machine.

A:  You will need to be at least 21 Years of age for the Slingshot and 18 years for all others.

Q: Do I have to purchase the insurance 

A: Yes insurance has to be purchased.

 

Q: How much is my deductable on the insurance?

A: Your deductable is $2,500.00 on the side x sides or the polaris slingshot.

Q: Do I have to have a valid Credit or Debit card to rent 

A: Yes you must have a valid Credit or Debit card on file with at least $2,500.00 Limit on it. Card will be charged for the amount of the deductable in the event damage was to occur.

Q: What if the damage does NOT cost $2,500.00 and can be fixed for less than that?

A: You will only be charged for the amount of the damage and labor cost to fix the damage.

Q: What if I dont have a credit or debit card?

A: You can still rent however you will have to put up a $2,500.00 deposit to cover the deductable in the event damage was to occur.

Q: Can I keep the machine overnight at my cabin if I have rented for more than one day?

A: Yes

Q: Can I take the Polaris Slingshot anywhere outside the area. 

A: No it must stay in the Sevierville , Pigeion Forge, Townsend, Smoky Mountains Area. Not allowed to take it on the interstate at any time.

Q: Where can I ride the side x sides?

A: You can take them on the streets in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Smoky Mountain including Cades Cove and other parts of the park.
Where the speed limit is 40mph. or less.

Q: Do I have to wear helmets while driving the side x sides?

A: No you are not required to wear helmets with these.

Q: Do We Take Checks?

A: We DO NOT Accept checks of any kind. Cash or Charge/Debit Card ONLY.
